Frédéric Cren is a biopharmaceutical executive, entrepreneur and co-founder of Inventiva, a clinical-stage biotechnology company listed on Euronext Paris and Nasdaq. He brings over 30 years of international leadership experience in biotech company creation, corporate strategy, financing, business development, R&D leadership and public-market governance. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Inventiva from the company’s inception until 2025, leading its development from a French biotech start-up into a publicly listed clinical-stage company.
